State Senator Jim Merritt and Attorney General Greg Zoeller join college students to share an important message about Indiana’s Lifeline Law: If a minor calls 9-1-1 in an emergency or crime and cooperates with police, he or she will not be penalized for alcohol-related crimes, like underage drinking. No young life should be lost because his or her friends were too scared to make the call.
